Torrey A. Chin


Ms. Chin completed her undergraduate studies in three years, attaining a B.A. in History from Mount Holyoke College. She earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she was recognized with the William Frederick Schulz, Jr. award for outstanding written work in legal history. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Ms. Chin focused on regulatory compliance issues in the financial services industry. She worked with a private wealth management firm and later as an attorney with a mutual fund administrator. Most recently as a conflicts attorney, Ms. Chin identified and managed legal conflicts of interest and related ethics issues in the capital markets and corporate finances practices of a multinational law firm. She is admitted to practice in New York State Courts and is a member of the New York City Bar Association.
