Reesa F. Miles




Ms. Miles graduated magna cum laude from Boston University where she majored in History, Political Science, and Social Studies Education.  She graduated from Teachers College, Columbia University where she received her Master of Arts in “Politics and Education.”  She graduated cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law in 2013, where she served on the St. John’s Law Review.  Her Note on internet student speech was published in 2013 in the Brigham Young University Education and Law Journal.  Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Ms. Miles interned with a firm representing school districts as well as with the in-house counsel for a school district.  She also interned with Judge Viktor V. Pohorelsky of the Eastern District of New York and participated in the Child Advocacy Clinic where she represented children in Queens Family Court abuse and neglect proceedings.  Prior to law school she was an education intern with the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
