Barbara Emigholz
Ms. Emigholz is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where she served as Articles Editor of Brooklyn Law Review in her final year. Ms. Emigholz graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude with distinction, from Boston University where she majored in International Relations, and she holds a Master of Arts with Merit in International Peace and Security from King’s College London, University of London.
Before joining the firm in August 2011, Ms. Emigholz interned with the Special Commissioner of Investigation for the New York City School District, served as a judicial intern to federal judge Hon. Kiyo Matsumoto of the Eastern District, and took part in the Safe Harbor Clinical Law program at Brooklyn Law School.
Ms. Emigholz is admitted to practice in New York State courts and currently concentrates on education law, general municipal law, and labor and employment law.
