The firm has decades of combined experience in this field and that experience enables us to assist Board members, Administrators and Government Officials in virtually every area of law.
Labor & Employment
We have represented management in the public sector for decades in connection with a wide variety of issues and claims before State and Federal courts, the Public Employment Relations Law and other administrative agencies including matters arising under Federal, State, and Local laws, rules and regulations based upon Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other civil rights laws. Our experience includes wrongful termination suits and collateral tort claims, such as defamation, infliction of emotional distress, and invasion of privacy.
Personal Injury
Guercio & Guercio, LLP represents individuals who have been injured or suffered substantial loss caused by others. People who are injured or suffer the loss of a loved one due to the negligence of others need to know how to determine who is at fault, and who may be responsible to pay for damages. An understanding of your legal rights after a serious accident will help you deal effectively with these concerns.

We are experienced in all phases of client representation in construction matters. We have successfully represented school district clients in construction litigation, both as plaintiffs and defendants. We have extensive experience with municipal bidding, contracts, procurement, architect and construction manager agreements, drafting and review of policies, liens, and negotiations with contractors.
