Toni L. Mincieli


Ms. Mincieli is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor on the St. John’s Law Review. Her note on the ethics of attorney ghostwriting was published in 2015 in the St. John’s Law Review. While at St. John’s, Ms. Mincieli also served as a Student Ambassador, as well as Vice Chair of the Academic Committee in which she gained valuable insight on the development and implementation of educational programs during monthly meetings with the Law School’s Deans and administrative staff. Ms. Mincieli graduated from Binghamton University and earned her B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Law. She was a member of Binghamton University’s Student Association and interned for the Broome County Public Defender’s Office.

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Ms. Mincieli interned for the Honorable Dora L. Irizarry of the Eastern District of New York as well as the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office, helped elderly Queens residents in cases involving deed theft and foreclosure defense while serving as a member of the Consumer Justice for the Elderly: Litigation Clinic at St. John’s Law, and served as an intern and extern for in-house counsel at Fifth and Pacific Companies, Inc., now known as Kate Spade & Company.
